Your health records,
whenever you need them.

The Hospital patient portal is a private page where you can read your own appointments, prescriptions, test results and bills. Nothing is shared with anyone else.

How to sign up

  1. 1

    Find your patient number

It is printed on your hospital card or any receipt. Ask the front desk if you cannot find it.

  2. 2

    Create your account

Open the portal sign-in page, choose to create an account, and confirm your identity with your patient number plus your phone number or date of birth.

  3. 3

Set a password and sign in

Choose a private password. If the hospital invited you by email, use the link in that email instead.

Your records are read-only in the portal, visible only to you, and protected by your password. If anything looks wrong, contact the hospital front desk — corrections are made by staff.

Ready when you are

Have your patient number handy and it takes about a minute.
